Angelee Bouchard is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Health Net, Inc.

Ms. Bouchard joined the company in 2003 as vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary. Prior to joining Health Net’s legal department, she was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP.

Ms. Bouchard earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California and her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She is a member of the California State Bar.
