![]() | Scott D. Law Health Care Services Officer Scott Law is the health care services officer for Health Net, Inc. He was appointed to this position in March 2013, and assumed responsibility for Health Net's Medical Management and Provider Network functions. Prior to Mr. Law's promotion to health care services officer, he served as chief Medicare officer for Health Net, Inc. and was responsible for the sales and marketing of Health Net’s Medicare plans. He worked closely with Health Net’s Compliance and operational departments to ensure the company provides high quality services to its beneficiaries. Prior to becoming Health Net’s chief Medicare officer in November 2011, Mr. Law was senior vice president of Healthcare Delivery for WellCare Health Plans, Inc. Before joining WellCare, he was with Health Net from 2005 to 2009, where he served first as the company’s national chief network officer and later as its national health care delivery officer. He was responsible for all contracting and provider network management for all Health Net health plans. Mr. Law’s experience also includes executive roles with CIGNA Healthcare Corporation and Humana Inc. Mr. Law has more than 25 years of health care management experience. Mr. Law earned his MBA from Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa. He also completed the Executive Development Program, Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
