John P. Sivori
Health Care Services Officer, Health Net, Inc.
President, Health Net Pharmaceutical Services


John Sivori is the health care services officer for Health Net, Inc. and president of Health Net Pharmaceutical Services, the pharmacy benefit management subsidiary of Health Net, Inc.

Mr. Sivori joined Foundation Health Corporation, a predecessor company of Health Net, in August 1994, and he has held various senior management positions. In December 1998, Mr. Sivori was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of Integrated Pharmaceutical Services, now Health Net Pharmaceutical Services (HNPS). In September 2001, he was promoted to president of HNPS. In November 2008, to continue Health Net’s reorganization into a single management structure that leverages enterprise value and a strong regional presence, he was appointed president of Regional Health Plans as well as Pharmaceutical Services. In December 2009, Mr. Sivori was appointed health care services officer for Health Net, Inc.

As head of the Health Care Services division, Mr. Sivori oversees Provider Network Management, Medical Management, Health Net Pharmaceutical Services, and Enterprise Data Analytics.

As HNPS president, Mr. Sivori is responsible for all elements of the pharmacy benefit for Health Net members, including manufacturer and distribution network contracts, health plan formulary management, pharmacy products and programs, vendor management, data analysis and trend reporting, and pharmacy benefit design guidelines for Health Net’s four regional health plans.

Mr. Sivori has more than two decades of financial management and leadership experience, including 19 years in the health care industry’s provider and payor sectors. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
